Foreclosed homes information has traditionally been very difficult and time-consuming to find, but Long and Foster Real Estate Inc.the largest real estate company in the Washington DC Metro area and the largest privately owned real estate company in America is working on solving this problem. 

Long and Foster has recently launched a database of all the foreclosed homes available in areas covered by the Metropolitan Regional Information Service (MRIS) and Central Virginia Regional Multiple Listing Service, LLC (CVR).  There are currently 2,500 single family homes, townhouses and condominiums available. Additional areas for foreclosures are being worked on and will be available as the data is available.
